Fire Assistance & Support

Purpose

In the aftermath of a house fire, families are often left navigating overwhelming loss and uncertainty. Through the Ronli Ratliff Memorial Fund,  we aim to support individuals and families facing similar loss—offering help, hope, and a sense of community during some of life’s most difficult moments.

In honor of Ronli’s memory, we are committed to showing up for others in their time of need.

Start Here: Immediate Help After a Fire

Several organizations are equipped to provide immediate assistance following a fire. We strongly encourage families to connect with these resources first, as they can respond quickly to urgent needs.

Provides immediate emergency assistance, including temporary shelter, food, clothing, and personal care items.

Often provide initial support, guidance, and connections to local relief resources following the incident.

Offers local support for basic needs such as clothing, household items, and community-based assistance.

Many provide meals, donations, and volunteer support to help families begin recovery.

Can assist with emergency financial support for essentials like housing, utilities, and basic needs.

How We May Help

Once immediate needs have been addressed...

Ronli Ratliff Memorial Fund may be able to provide additional support to help families continue their recovery.

If you or someone you know has experienced a house fire, we encourage you to reach out or submit a request for assistance.

RRMF is not an emergency response organization, but we are here to support you in the days and weeks after a fire—when the immediate response has passed, but the need is still very real.

We can help with things like:

  • Household essentials
  • Clothing and personal items
  • Gift cards for immediate needs
  • Support for rebuilding daily life
